1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between the participant, or the parent or guardian of a participant, and Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC. By registering a player, paying fees, attending a session or using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register for academy programmes and should contact the Company before continuing to use the website. The Company may be able to answer questions and resolve concerns, but it cannot waive these Terms for one family without a written agreement.

Where a player is under the age of majority, the parent or guardian who registers the player accepts these Terms on the player behalf and takes responsibility for the obligations described here.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled, and alongside any programme specific schedule or welcome pack shared at registration. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a written programme schedule, these Terms take priority unless the schedule expressly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Academy programmes are open to players who meet the age and ability requirements of each pathway stage. Registration requires accurate information about the player and a responsible adult contact who can be reached during sessions and fixtures.

Families must provide complete and truthful details during registration, including any medical condition, allergy or accessibility need that could affect safe participation. Failure to disclose relevant information may create avoidable risk and may lead to suspension from sessions.

The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration where a programme is full, where a player does not meet the stated requirements, or where participation would create a safety or conduct concern. Where a registration is declined, any fees already paid for unstarted services are returned.

Players may be asked to attend an assessment before final placement in a competitive squad. An assessment is an opportunity for coaches to understand a player technical level and for the family to understand the standard of the group. It is not a guarantee of selection, and the Company will always explain the reasoning behind a placement decision.

3. Enrolment and Programme Services

Enrolment places a player within a pathway stage and gives access to the training sessions, clinics and support services associated with that stage. The exact mix of services depends on age, ability and the programme selected, and is described on the academy services page.

The Company delivers coaching with reasonable skill and care, using qualified staff and written session plans. Coaching outcomes depend on factors outside the control of the Company, including attendance, effort, growth, injury and individual commitment, so no specific sporting result, selection or scholarship is promised or guaranteed.

Programme content, session length and coaching focus may be adjusted during a season to suit the development needs of the group. Material changes to a programme are communicated to families in advance whenever practical.

Coaches assess players continuously and may recommend moving a player to a different pathway stage when the evidence supports it. Such a recommendation is discussed with the family before any change takes effect, and the transition is managed carefully so that the player keeps momentum and confidence.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for programmes, clinics and additional services are set out at registration and may be updated for future blocks. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due before a block begins so that coaching resources can be planned properly.

Accepted payment methods are described during the registration process. Where an instalment arrangement is agreed, missed instalments may lead to suspension of participation until the account is current. The Company will always attempt to discuss a payment difficulty before taking that step.

Fees do not automatically include travel, tournament entry, uniforms, personal equipment or external competition costs unless those items are expressly included in the programme description. Any additional charges are communicated clearly before they become payable.

The Company reviews fee levels before each block so that coaching quality, facility hire and support services can be sustained. Where fees rise, active families receive notice before the new level applies to their next block, which gives them time to plan or to discuss options with the academy team.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

A family may cancel a place by giving written notice to the academy team. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the block remains and on the notice given, because coaching places are limited and planned in advance.

• Cancellation before the block begins normally qualifies for a refund of fees paid, less any administrative cost already incurred.
• Cancellation after a block has started may qualify for a proportionate refund for unstarted sessions at the discretion of the Company.
• Missed sessions are not normally refunded, although the Company may offer a make up session where a suitable one exists.
• Where the Company cancels a session and cannot reschedule it, the affected fee is refunded or credited to the family.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period. Requests connected to injury or relocation are considered sympathetically and may be handled outside the standard rules.

Where a family pauses participation because of a long term injury, the Company may hold a place for an agreed period so that the player can return to the same group. Holding a place is subject to availability and to written agreement, and any credit arrangement is confirmed in writing at the time.

6. Player and Family Conduct

Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC expects players, parents, guardians and spectators to behave with respect toward coaches, officials, opponents and each other. Youth sport depends on a positive environment, and behaviour that damages that environment undermines every player in the group.

The following behaviour is not acceptable at academy activities or in academy communications: verbal abuse, threats, discriminatory language, physical aggression, persistent criticism of officials, and interference with coaching decisions during sessions or matches.

Where conduct falls below the expected standard, the Company may speak with the family, issue a written warning or, in serious cases, suspend or end participation. Decisions are made with fairness and with the safety of the group in mind.

Sideline behaviour matters as much as behaviour on the pitch. Parents and guardians are asked to encourage rather than instruct, to leave technical coaching to the coaching staff, and to raise concerns through the proper channels after the session. This keeps the environment calm and lets players take ownership of their own decisions.

7. Safety and Medical Matters

Participants take part in physical activity and accept the ordinary risks that accompany youth sport, including strains, sprains and collision injuries. The Company reduces those risks through qualified coaching, sensible progression, safe equipment and appropriate warm up routines, but it cannot remove them entirely.

Families must disclose relevant medical conditions during registration and must update that information if circumstances change. Where a player needs medication, an inhaler or another aid, the family is responsible for ensuring it is available at sessions and for informing coaches about its use.

In an emergency, the Company may arrange medical assistance and share relevant information with healthcare professionals where necessary to protect the player. Families are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact details and for keeping them current.

Players returning from injury may be asked to complete a gradual return programme before rejoining full contact sessions. The pathway back is agreed with the family and, where available, with advice from a medical professional, because rushing a return risks a longer absence and a loss of confidence.

8. Media and Video Consent

Training and fixtures may be recorded for coaching, analysis and review purposes. Internal footage is handled under the rules described in the Privacy Policy and is shared only with relevant coaches, analysts and the family concerned.

Publication of photographs or video on public channels requires separate consent from a parent or guardian. Consent for publication is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the academy team in writing.

Families agree not to publish footage of other players from academy sessions or fixtures without the consent of those families, because youth participants have a reasonable expectation of privacy even in a sporting setting.

Where the academy produces a highlight reel for college recruitment, the player and family review the material before it is shared with any college programme. Recruitment material is prepared honestly, showing real match situations rather than edited highlights that misrepresent a player level.

9. Scheduling and Changes

Session times, venues and fixtures are published in advance and may change because of weather, facility availability, league decisions or coach availability. The Company communicates changes through the usual academy channels as soon as it is able.

Families are responsible for checking schedules regularly and for arriving on time with appropriate kit. Repeated lateness disrupts the group and may lead to reduced participation in the main session, because coaches must protect the session for everyone present.

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by schedule changes that are outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures and competition rescheduling.

Where a session is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, the Company may offer a credit, a make up session or a proportionate refund, depending on the circumstances and on how much of the block remains. Families are informed of the chosen remedy as soon as a decision is made.

10. Facilities and Equipment

Players must use suitable clothing, footwear and protective equipment appropriate to the surface and the conditions. Jewellery and other items that could cause injury should not be worn during sessions.

Families are responsible for personal property brought to sessions and fixtures. The Company takes reasonable care but is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

Academy equipment is provided for coaching purposes and must be treated with care. Wilful damage to equipment or facilities may result in a charge to the responsible family and may lead to further action under the conduct rules.

Families should ensure that footwear matches the surface, that shin guards are worn where required and that water is brought to every session. Coaches may ask a player to sit out a drill where kit is unsafe or unsuitable, because protecting players comes before convenience.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for information about the academy and its services. Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system.

Content on this website is provided in good faith and is kept as accurate as is reasonable. Programme details, schedules and availability may change, and the website does not create a binding offer to provide any specific service until a registration is confirmed.

The Company may suspend or withdraw access to the website for maintenance or improvement without notice. Reasonable effort is made to keep the site available and secure, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Visitors who submit an enquiry through the website are responsible for providing accurate contact details so that a reply can reach them. The Company is not responsible for a failure to respond where the contact details supplied are incorrect or incomplete.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, coaching materials and the academy name and marks, belongs to Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC or is used with permission. Content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Visitors may view and print content for personal, non commercial use. Any other use, including copying, adapting, republishing or distributing content for commercial purposes, requires written permission from the Company.

Coaching plans, session designs, analysis methods and development frameworks used by the academy remain the property of the Company and may not be reproduced or reused outside the academy without written consent.

This website and academy operations may involve third party services, such as registration platforms, payment processors, communication tools and video storage providers. Each of those services is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

The Company is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of external websites and services. A link from this website does not imply endorsement of the linked organisation.

Where the Company relies on a third party to deliver part of a service, it selects providers with reasonable care but is not liable for interruptions or failures caused by those providers beyond its control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in academy programmes or from use of this website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of fees paid by the family for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Company is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, facility closures, public health measures, transport disruption and league decisions.

15. Indemnity

The registering parent or guardian agrees to indemnify Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from a breach of these Terms by the family, from misuse of academy facilities or equipment, or from conduct that harms another participant.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company or its staff. The Company will notify the family promptly of any claim that engages this section.

16. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or end participation where fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice, where required medical information is withheld, where conduct rules are repeatedly broken, or where continued participation would create a safety risk for the player or the group.

Except in urgent safety situations, the Company will discuss the concern with the family and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond before making a final decision. Decisions are recorded and communicated in writing.

A family may end participation at any time by giving written notice. Fees already paid for services that have not started are handled under the cancellation rules in these Terms.

17. Privacy and Data

Personal information collected during registration and participation is handled according to the Privacy Policy of Future MVP Soccer Academy LLC, which forms part of these Terms.

Families are responsible for keeping contact and medical details current so that the Company can communicate effectively and respond to emergencies. Requests to access, correct or delete information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state for the resolution of disputes.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve a dispute through good faith discussion. A family with a concern should contact the Company first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

19. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms to reflect changes in programmes, law or academy operations. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes are communicated to active families where appropriate.

Continued participation after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If a family does not accept a revision, the family may end participation under the cancellation rules described above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
